Infrastructure in Mexico
Mexico has excellent facilities. The borders, making connections between the US, Guatemala and Belize, the west and east coasts, joining the sea ports on the Pacific Ocean with those on the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea, at the Atlantic Ocean.
Mexico is well connected, both by land and sea. Its extensive network of highways and railroads connects its ports in the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean in the east with the Pacific in the west, and the US border in the north with the borders of Guatemala and Belize in the south.

– 276 km border with Belize.
The 2016-2017 Global Competitiveness Report ranks Mexico 57 out of 138 countries on its infrastructure pillar, positioning it above countries like Brazil and India.
